IBM Bluemine

Bluemine was an IBM internal portal/platform for data which was struggling and outdated. I was tasked with designing a more usable platform for the users which they utilize more frequently, therefore driving up revenue ($300 per user cost).

The Bluemine redesign project was the winner of the 2019 Intranet redesign annual award from Nielsen Norman Group

The Bluemine redesign project also received the silver award from Step Two Designs for "strong commitment to extensive user research" and "approaches put in place to use feedback and data to make Bluemine better, through continuous improvement"
